Return & Exchange Policy — The Spiritual Company
Thank you for shopping with The Spiritual Company! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange according to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery of your order if:
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item was delivered.
The item is in original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons, once opened (where applicable).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
Email our Customer Support team at support@thespiritualcompany.store
within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos of the product.
Wait for our approval and return instructions from the support team.
4. Return Shipping
Once your return is approved:
We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Returns generally must be shipped from the delivery address unless otherwise instructed.
5. Refunds & Store Credits
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion.
Store Credit: In many cases, store credit equal to the value of the returned product will be issued, which you can use on future purchases.
Partial returns will be credited for the value of the returned items only.
6. Exchanges
If you choose to exchange a product:
We will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected.
7. Missing or Incorrect Items
In cases of missing items or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist you promptly.
